Influenzánál is a term that refers to the medical condition of influenza, commonly known as the flu. It is a contagious respiratory illness caused by influenza viruses. Good hygiene practices, such as frequent handwashing and avoiding close contact with sick people, also play a role in preventing the spread of the virus.
