Ilmastoneutraalia refers to a state of environmental neutrality concerning climate change. It means that an entity, such as a company, country, or even an individual, does not contribute net greenhouse gas emissions to the atmosphere. This is achieved by balancing the amount of greenhouse gases released with an equivalent amount removed from the atmosphere or by avoiding emissions altogether.

The concept of ilmastoneutraalia is central to global efforts to mitigate climate change and limit global warming. Achieving this state typically involves a two-pronged approach.
