hybridrolle
Hybridrolle, or hybrid roller, refers to a rolling component designed to combine properties of two or more materials to improve performance in conveying, pressing, or shaping processes. A typical hybridrolle has a rigid core—often metal or high-strength polymer—over which an elastomeric or composite outer layer is bonded. Some designs use segmented or layered constructions with different durometers around the circumference to tailor grip, pressure distribution, and wear resistance.
Material choices include steel cores with polyurethane, nitrile rubber, or silicone outer skins; advanced variants may
Applications span printing presses, packaging lines, textile and paper handling, conveyors, and die-cutting or laminating machines.
Advantages include longer service life under heavy loads, optimized friction and grip, reduced vibration and noise,
