hidrogénhidak
Hidrogénhidak, often translated as hydrogen bonds, are a special type of intermolecular or intramolecular attraction. They occur when a hydrogen atom is covalently bonded to a highly electronegative atom, such as oxygen, nitrogen, or fluorine, and is simultaneously attracted to another electronegative atom in a nearby molecule or on the same molecule. This attraction arises from the partial positive charge on the hydrogen atom and the partial negative charge on the other electronegative atom.
These bonds are weaker than covalent or ionic bonds but are significantly stronger than van der Waals
