The CRI scale ranges from 0 to 100. A CRI of 100 represents a perfect match to the color rendering of a natural light source. Most artificial light sources have a CRI below 100. For instance, incandescent bulbs typically have a CRI of around 95-100, while fluorescent lamps and LEDs can vary widely, with some offering excellent color rendering (CRI above 90) and others much lower.
