Foliküler is a Turkish adjective meaning related to a follicle, a small sac or cavity in a tissue or organ. The word derives from Turkish folikül (follicle), which in turn comes from Latin folliculus.

In medicine and biology, foliküler is used to describe structures or conditions involving follicles. In reproductive biology, it refers to ovarian follicles, which progress from primordial to primary, secondary and Graafian (tertiary) stages, contain developing oocytes, and secrete hormones that regulate the menstrual cycle.
