Beyond these core areas, philosophy also encompasses fields like aesthetics (the study of beauty and art), political philosophy (which examines justice, governance, and rights), and the philosophy of mind (exploring consciousness and mental states). The methods of philosophical inquiry are primarily analytical and critical, relying on logical deduction, conceptual analysis, and thought experiments.
