Enzymische is the German adjectival form related to enzymes, typically used to describe processes, reactions or effects that are mediated by enzymes. In everyday scientific usage it corresponds to the English term "enzymatic" and appears in phrases such as enzymische Reaktion (enzymatic reaction) or enzymische Aktivität (enzymatic activity).

Enzymische processes are central to biochemistry and molecular biology. Enzymes are biological catalysts that accelerate chemical transformations in living systems without being consumed. They confer substrate specificity and often operate under mild physiological conditions. Common types of enzymische reactions include hydrolysis, oxidation–reduction, ligation, isomerization and group transfer.
