eksentraaliset
Eksentraaliset refers to a condition characterized by the abnormal presence of a third kidney, known as an ectopic kidney, in addition to the two normal kidneys. This condition is relatively rare, occurring in approximately 1 in 1,000 to 1,500 births. Eksentraaliset kidneys can be found in various locations within the abdominal cavity, including the lower pole of the left kidney, the adrenal gland, the iliac fossa, or even outside the abdominal cavity, such as in the groin or flank.
Eksentraaliset kidneys are typically asymptomatic and are often discovered incidentally during imaging studies for unrelated conditions.
The management of eksentraaliset kidneys depends on the size, location, and associated symptoms. Small, asymptomatic ectopic
Eksentraaliset kidneys are generally considered benign and do not increase the risk of kidney cancer or other
