Seborrheic dermatitis affects areas rich in oil glands, such as the scalp, face, and chest, leading to flaky, yellowish scales and redness. Stasis dermatitis occurs in people with poor circulation, often in the lower legs, and can result in swelling, itching, and skin discoloration.
