eisyöpä
Eisyöpä, also known as esophageal cancer, is a malignant tumor originating from the epithelial cells of the esophagus, a common malignant tumor in the digestive system. It is often associated with long-term adverse dietary habits (such as high-salt, pickled foods), smoking, alcohol consumption, chronic esophagitis, esophageal mucosal injury, and genetic factors. Early symptoms are usually non-specific, while advanced cases may present with dysphagia (difficulty swallowing), chest pain, weight loss, hematemesis, etc. Diagnosis typically involves endoscopic examination (e.g., gastroscopy, esophagoscopy), pathological biopsy, and imaging studies (e.g., CT, MRI). Treatment primarily includes surgical resection, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy, with early detection and treatment significantly improving prognosis. The prognosis is closely related to tumor stage, histological type, and the patient's general condition.
