Eiseen is a fictional language family and cultural sphere in the fantasy setting of Eldoria. It is described as an agglutinative, subject–object–verb language with a rich system of nominal case markings and evidential verbs. The term also refers to the peoples and regions associated with the language across a chain of islands and coastal towns.

Classification and varieties. The Eiseen languages form a small genetic group within the broader Eldorian linguistic landscape. Protolanguage reconstructions in in-world lore point to shared affixes and phonological traits that distinguish Eiseen from neighboring language families. Within the family, Northern Eisiin and Southern Eisiin are the primary dialect groups, with noticeable differences in vowel quality and certain morphemes that reflect local histories.
