Eindafnemer is a term used in Dutch-speaking business contexts to denote the final buyer or user of goods or services in a supply chain. The eindafnemer is the person or entity that consumes the product or uses the service for its own purposes, rather than for resale or further production. In most supply chains, there are several intermediaries such as wholesalers, retailers, and distributors between the producer and the eindafnemer.

In procurement, the eindafnemer is the party that ultimately benefits from the purchase and is typically responsible for payment and compliance with applicable terms. In consumer protection and competition law, the status of the eindafnemer often affects rights and duties, such as the applicability of consumer warranties, return rights, and privacy rules. Distinctions may exist between the purchaser (eindafnemer) and the end user (eindgebruiker), where the purchaser buys for someone else to use.

Applications span various sectors: retail goods sold to households, corporate purchases for internal use, or public sector contracts where the government or a department acts as the eindafnemer for services delivered to end users. In software and ICT, an eindafnemer may be the organization or individual that licenses or deploys the product for internal operations, even if a reseller handles distribution.
