confronteremmo
Confronteremmo is the first-person plural conditional form of the Italian verb confrontare. In everyday usage it denotes a hypothetical action that would occur under a given condition, and can translate as “we would confront” or, more commonly, “we would compare” depending on context. When the verb is used reflexively to mean “to face each other,” the corresponding form becomes ci confronteremmo (we would face one another).
Etymology stems from the prefix con- meaning “together” and the verb frontare, itself linked to fronte (front)
