catalisas
Catalisas is a term that may appear in texts written in some Romance languages. In English scientific writing, the process is normally called catalysis and the agents that accelerate reactions are called catalysts. In Portuguese, catalisas is a present-tense verb form of catalisar meaning you catalyze, while the noun for a catalyst is catalisador (plural catalisadores). Because of this, "catalisas" is not a standard term for the chemical concept in English and its meaning depends on the language context.
Catalysis refers to the acceleration of a chemical reaction through a catalyst, which participates in the reaction
Types of catalysis include homogeneous catalysts, which operate in the same phase as the reactants, and heterogeneous
Applications of catalysis span industry, environment, and energy. In industry, catalysts enable processes such as catalytic
