Biorytmów is a pseudoscientific theory that suggests human lives are influenced by rhythmic cycles. These cycles are categorized into three main types: physical, emotional, and intellectual. The physical cycle is said to last 23 days, the emotional cycle 28 days, and the intellectual cycle 33 days. According to the theory, each cycle starts at birth and oscillates between positive and negative phases.

Proponents of biorytmów believe that by calculating the position of these cycles on any given day, individuals can predict their potential for performance in various areas. For example, a high point in the physical cycle might indicate peak physical energy, while a low point in the emotional cycle could suggest increased irritability or moodiness.

The theory was developed in the late 19th and early 20th centuries by Wilhelm Fliess and Hermann Swoboda, and later popularized by Alfred Teltscher. Various methods and calculators exist to determine an individual's biorytmów based on their birth date.

Despite its popularity, biorytmów lacks scientific validation. Numerous studies have investigated the claims of biorytmów and have consistently found no correlation between the predicted cycles and actual human performance, mood, or health. The scientific community generally regards biorytmów as a pseudoscience.
