Atoopilise is an Estonian adjective meaning "atopic" and is used to describe conditions associated with atopy, a genetic predisposition to developing allergic diseases. In medical usage, atoopiline describes diseases or symptoms linked to the atopic state, most notably atopic dermatitis. The term is borrowed from the English "atopic," which denotes a tendency to mount IgE-mediated responses to common environmental allergens.

Atopy encompasses a range of related conditions, including skin and respiratory diseases. In practice, atoopiline dermatiit refers to atopic dermatitis, a chronic inflammatory skin condition that typically causes itchiness and recurrent rashes.
