Arvojoukko is a non-profit youth organization formed to promote civic values and voluntary service. Based in Finland, it operates through local chapters that organize community projects, ethical discussions, and skills training for young people. The name derives from Finnish arvo, value, and joukko, group, reflecting its aim to build a value-oriented network of youth volunteers.

It was founded in 2003 by teachers, community volunteers, and student leaders seeking structured opportunities for civic engagement outside school curricula. The organization expanded gradually, reaching about 25 chapters by 2010 and over 100 by the mid-2010s; by the early 2020s, it reported hundreds of active chapters and thousands of participants.

Local chapters run weekly meetings and service projects, guided by a national coordinating body. The governance model includes a volunteer board, regional coordinators, and a youth advisory council to ensure student perspectives in decision-making.

Core activities include community service projects (environmental cleanups, aiding elderly residents), civic education workshops, leadership training, and student exchanges. Partnerships with schools, municipalities, and non-profits enable project-based learning and service hours that count toward education requirements.

Open to young people roughly aged 12–26 who commit to the organization's code of conduct and complete a minimum number of service hours per year.
