Antenneita is a term used in wireless engineering to describe a small, low-profile antenna element designed for compact devices and wearables. It refers to micro-scale antennas that can be integrated into consumer electronics without protruding form factors.

Typically realized as microstrip or flexible printed antennas, antenneitas employ meandered traces, fractal geometries, or stamped metal patterns to fit small enclosures. They operate across a range of frequencies by tailoring the effective length and using high-permittivity substrates or dielectric layers. Impedance is commonly 50 ohms, with tuning elements such as capacitors or varactors used to adjust resonance during assembly.
