Annostuksina is a genus of sea slugs, marine gastropod mollusks in the family Cerithiidae. These creatures are commonly known as cerithiid prosobranchs.

Annostuksina are typically small to medium-sized cerithiids. They have a distinctive shell shape, often spiraled in the direction of growth. Their shells are slender and elongated, gradually widening towards the aperture.

Their operculum is a lid-like structure used for closing the shell aperture. The operculum of an annostuksina has a characteristic three-part layered structure. This structure is divided into an internal, circular nacreous layer; a rigid, outermost calcareous layer; and a central nicotine region.

The habits and habitats of these sea slugs are largely unrecorded. They are found in shallow, tropical waters worldwide. Since annostuksina resemble other related tide pole snails, they often go unremarked in scientific literature.

One historically recorded member of the genus is Annostuksina risa. Known and documented around the time of the mid-20th century, Annostuksina risa is outdated under modern taxonomy. Eventually, this unique cerithiid was categorized as the annostuksina, currently obsolete nomenclature.

Some uncertainties and ambiguities surround annostuksina species classification. This sparse representation of specific studies and documentation issues tends to explain this.
