Altorelievo is a specialized form of artificial reliefs created by artists and craftspeople. Unlike traditional sculpture, altorelievo combines molded or carved elements with embedded materials to produce a visually striking effect. The term "altorelievo" translates to "high relief" in Italian, as the three-dimensional textures and forms often extrude considerably from the base surface.
