Aktinoidisarjat refers to the series of chemical elements known as the actinides. This group comprises fifteen metallic chemical elements starting with actinium and ending with lawrencium, with atomic numbers 89 through 103. These elements are found in the periodic table and are characterized by their atomic structure, specifically the filling of the 5f electron shell.

The actinoidisarjat includes elements such as thorium, protactinium, uranium, neptunium, plutonium, americium, curium, berkelium, californium, einsteinium, fermium, mendelevium, nobelium, and lawrencium, in addition to actinium.
