aangelijnde

Aangelijnde is a Dutch adjectival form derived from the past participle of aanlijnen (to put on a leash). Literally meaning "leashed" or "on a leash," aangelijnde is most often used attributively before a noun (for example, "de aangelijnde hond" — the leashed dog). The uninflected participle aangelijnd is commonly used predicatively ("de hond is aangelijnd").

The term appears frequently in everyday speech, animal care contexts and public signage.
