Zamasu

Zamasu is a character from the Dragon Ball franchise, primarily appearing in the Dragon Ball Super anime and manga series. He is an ancient Kaioshin from Universe 10, initially serving as a mentor to Gowasu, the God of Destruction's attendant. Zamasu possesses immense power and a deep-seated hatred for mortals, whom he views as inherently flawed and destructive beings.

His ideology leads him to steal a Dragon Ball and wish for an immortal body, later using the Time Ring to travel to the future. There, he eliminates the previous Zamasu and takes his place, creating a partnership with his future self. Together, they embark on a mission to eradicate all mortals from existence and create a world of pure gods.

The fused Zamasu, a result of the two Zamasu merging, becomes the primary antagonist of the Future Trunks Saga. His immense power and immortality pose a significant threat to Goku and his allies. Throughout the arc, Zamasu's arrogance and his warped sense of justice are central to his character. His ultimate fate involves a confrontation with Goku and later Beerus, leading to his complete erasure from existence. Zamasu's motivations and actions explore themes of justice, prejudice, and the perception of divinity.
