Yksisolukäyttö

Yksisolukäyttö is a Finnish term that translates to "single-cell use" or "single-cell operation." It refers to a process or system where a single cell, typically a battery or a fuel cell, is used as the sole source of power. This contrasts with multi-cell configurations, where multiple cells are connected in series or parallel to achieve higher voltage, current, or capacity.

The concept of yksisolukäyttö is common in many portable electronic devices, such as remote controls, small toys, and some flashlights, which often operate on a single AA or AAA battery. These devices are designed to function within the voltage and current limits provided by a single cell.
