Wilhelmshöhe
Wilhelmshöhe is a district of the city of Kassel in northern Hesse, Germany. It is known for the Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Europe's most impressive Baroque garden landscapes. The park's most prominent feature is the Hercules monument, a monumental copper statue atop an octagonal pyramid, which presides over a series of spectacular water features and cascades. These water features, known as the Wasserspiele, are a major attraction, operating on specific days from May to October.
