Wallander

Wallander is a series of crime novels by the Swedish author Henning Mankell, featuring Inspector Kurt Wallander. The books are set in the fictional town of Ystad in southern Sweden and often explore themes of social issues and the darker aspects of human nature. The first novel, "Faceless Killers," was published in 1991, and the series continued for ten more books, with the final installment, "The Troubled Man," published in 2009.
