Wahls
Wahls refers to a dietary protocol developed by Dr. Terry Wahls, a physician diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. The protocol is designed to manage symptoms and improve the health of individuals with autoimmune conditions and other chronic diseases. It emphasizes the consumption of nutrient-dense foods, particularly vegetables, fruits, and healthy fats, while reducing or eliminating processed foods, grains, and dairy.
The Wahls Protocol is often divided into three levels: Wahls Diet, Wahls Paleo, and Wahls Paleo Plus.
Supporters of the Wahls Protocol report improvements in energy levels, cognitive function, and reduction in pain
