The most common blood cell counts include:

White Blood Cell (WBC) Count: This measures the number of white blood cells, which are crucial for the immune system. An elevated WBC count may indicate infection, inflammation, or certain types of cancer. A low WBC count can suggest bone marrow failure, immune system disorders, or certain medications.

Red Blood Cell (RBC) Count: This measures the number of red blood cells, which carry oxygen throughout the body. A low RBC count, known as anemia, can cause fatigue, weakness, and shortness of breath. An elevated RBC count may indicate dehydration or certain types of cancer.
