Välimiesmenettelysopimukset, also known as arbitration agreements, are legally binding contracts between parties that agree to resolve disputes through arbitration rather than traditional court litigation. These agreements are a crucial component of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms, offering a potentially faster, more flexible, and often less expensive way to settle disagreements.
