Váltókapcsolók

Váltókapcsolók, also known as changeover switches or selector switches, are electrical switching devices used to redirect electrical current from one circuit to another. They typically feature a movable contact that can be positioned to connect with different stationary contacts. This allows for the selection of different operational modes or power sources. For instance, a váltókapcsoló might be used to switch between a main power supply and a backup generator, or to select between different functions of a machine.

The operation of a váltókapcsoló is generally manual, requiring a user to physically move a lever or knob to change the position of the internal contacts. Some advanced types may be electrically actuated. The design can vary greatly depending on the application, from simple single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches to complex multi-position, multi-pole configurations capable of handling significant electrical loads.
