Voolusõlm
Voolusõlm, also known as a current knot or drift knot, is a type of knot primarily used in fishing to connect two lines of different diameters, particularly when one line is significantly thicker than the other. It is also employed in situations where a strong, secure knot is needed to prevent slippage. The Voolusõlm is recognized for its ease of tying, even under challenging conditions such as wet hands or in low light.
The knot is formed by passing the tag end of the thinner line through the eye of
