Voinnissas
Voinnissas is a fictional planet within the Andromeda Galaxy, first introduced in the science fiction novel "Echoes of the Void" by author Anya Sharma. The planet is characterized by its unusual atmospheric composition, which gives its skies a perpetual twilight hue of deep violet. Its surface is dominated by vast, crystalline forests where the flora possess bioluminescent properties, emitting a soft, pulsating glow after sunset. These crystalline trees are theorized to draw energy from the planet's unique magnetic field rather than traditional photosynthesis.
The native inhabitants of Voinnissas are known as the Lumin, a sentient species with silicon-based biology.
