Vesiemulsioilla
Vesiemulsioilla, known in English as water emulsions, are mixtures where tiny droplets of one liquid are dispersed evenly throughout another liquid, with water being one of the phases. Typically, one liquid is immiscible with water, such as oil, and is broken down into very small droplets. An emulsifying agent, or emulsifier, is essential to stabilize these droplets and prevent them from separating. Without an emulsifier, the two liquids would eventually form distinct layers.
The stability of a water emulsion depends on the type and concentration of the emulsifier used, as
Water emulsions are ubiquitous in everyday life and industry. Common examples include milk, where fat droplets
