Vaniljekranse

Vaniljekranse are a traditional Danish butter cookie, most closely associated with Christmas. They are small ring- or wreath-shaped biscuits with a crisp texture and a delicate vanilla aroma, commonly baked in home kitchens and gift tins during the holiday season.

The dough is simple and rich, based on butter, sugar, and flour, with vanilla as the defining flavor.
