Definition and calculation: VOCheitmete combines normalized VOC concentration, exposure duration, and toxic potency into a single score between 0 and 100. A typical formulation uses weights w1, w2, w3: VOCheitmete = w1*C_norm + w2*T_norm + w3*Pot_norm, where C_norm is the concentration scaled to a reference 0–1, T_norm is exposure time scaled to a safe maximum, and Pot_norm is a toxicity proxy such as a toxic equivalency factor. Measurement relies on sensor networks, sample analyses, and exposure modeling; results are reported at set intervals and geolocated.

Applications and interpretation: Used to guide ventilation controls, zoning decisions, and risk communication in fictional or hypothetical contexts; a higher VOCheitmete implies greater potential health risk.
