Uster
Uster is a city in the canton of Zurich, Switzerland. It lies about 13 kilometers northeast of Zurich city and is the capital of the district of Uster. The town is part of the Zurich metropolitan area and sits near Lake Greifensee, a glacial lake to the north of the city. The area has medieval origins; the town grew with the railway era and the expansion of commerce in the 19th and 20th centuries. The historic center features a church and Schloss Uster, a castle that has long been a local landmark.
