Upseerit
Upseerit is the Finnish term for commissioned officers in the Finnish Defence Forces. The label denotes the professional cadre responsible for leadership and command within the military, and it covers officers at all commissioned ranks, from junior officers to senior generals. Upseerit are distinct from aliupseerit (non-commissioned officers) and other enlisted personnel, who follow separate career tracks and command structures. In everyday use, upseeri refers to the officer corps as a whole.
