UniPort
UniPort, short for the University of Port Harcourt, is a public research university located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. It was established by the federal government in 1975 to broaden higher education access in the Niger Delta region. The university began teaching soon after and operates under a centralized governance system comprising a Vice-Chancellor, a Senate and a Governing Council.
