Undeutlichere

Undeutlichere is the comparative form of the German adjective undeutlich, which means "unclear" or "ambiguous". The word is constructed by adding the comparative suffix -er to the base adjective, with the preposition "mehr" or "zunehmend" sometimes implied, as in "oder deutlicher" for the positive form. In everyday usage, undeutlich is more common than its comparative form; undeutlichere is typically encountered in literary, legal, or technical texts where a gradation of vagueness needs to be expressed, for example, "Die Regierungsrede war undeutlichere als erwartet", meaning "The speech was more unclear than expected".
