Ulträänemulsiolla

Ulträänemulsiolla refers to the process of creating an emulsion using ultrasonic energy. An emulsion is a mixture of two or more immiscible liquids, such as oil and water, where one liquid is dispersed in the other in the form of tiny droplets. Typically, emulsions require an emulsifying agent to stabilize them, preventing the droplets from coalescing and separating.

Ultrasonic emulsification leverages the power of high-frequency sound waves, usually in the range of 20 kHz to 40 kHz, to achieve emulsification. When ultrasonic waves are applied to a liquid mixture, they create cavitation bubbles. The rapid formation and collapse of these bubbles generate intense localized shear forces, turbulence, and shockwaves. These forces are powerful enough to break down larger liquid droplets into much smaller ones.
