UVEinfluss is a term used in ophthalmology and related disciplines to describe the influence of ultraviolet (UV) radiation on the uveal tract of the eye, which comprises the iris, ciliary body, and choroid. The term is a compound formed from UV and Einfluss (influence) and is used in discussions of how UV exposure may affect uveal tissue.

Proposed mechanisms include photochemical reactions, oxidative stress, and interactions with visible or infrared light that can lead to inflammatory responses or pigmentary changes.
