Universitas Padjadjaran, commonly abbreviated UNPAD, is a public research university located in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. It was founded on 11 September 1957 and is named after the ancient Sundanese kingdom Pajajaran. As one of the country’s largest and oldest public universities, UNPAD offers undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs across a wide range of disciplines, including the arts and humanities, social sciences, law, economics, engineering, medicine, and natural sciences.
