Tågbyggnadsverket
Tågbyggnadsverket, often abbreviated as TBV, was a Swedish government agency responsible for the planning, construction, and maintenance of railway infrastructure in Sweden. Established in its final form in 1988 through the merger of Statens Järnvägar's (SJ) construction department and Vägverket's railway division, its mandate was to ensure the continued development and operational capacity of the national rail network.
