Työoikeudessa

Työoikeudessa is a Finnish term that translates to "in labor law" or "in employment law." It refers to the legal framework governing the relationship between employers and employees in Finland. This body of law covers a wide range of issues, including employment contracts, working hours, wages, termination of employment, workplace safety, and employee rights.

The Finnish labor law system is largely based on collective agreements negotiated between employer and employee organizations, as well as legislation enacted by the Finnish Parliament. Key legislation includes the Employment Contracts Act, the Working Time Act, and the Annual Holidays Act.
