Työllisyyskonfliktit, also known as employment disputes, refer to disagreements that arise between employers and employees, or between employers and trade unions, regarding the terms and conditions of employment. These conflicts can stem from a variety of issues, including wages, working hours, job security, workplace safety, disciplinary actions, and collective bargaining agreements.

In Finland, työllisyyskonfliktit are primarily addressed through established legal frameworks and negotiation processes. The most common form of conflict resolution involves direct negotiation between the parties involved. If direct negotiation fails, conciliation services, often provided by the National Conciliator's office, may be utilized to help parties reach a mutually acceptable agreement.
