Trotterisaatiota refers to a theoretical concept in sociology and urban studies, named after the French philosopher and sociologist Henri Lefebvre. It describes the process by which the rhythm and organization of daily life in modern capitalist societies become increasingly standardized and dictated by external forces, particularly the demands of work and production. This leads to a homogenization of time and space, where individual experiences are shaped by collective, often unconscious, routines.
