Tillaatavuus refers to the concept of availability in the context of systems, services, or resources. It quantility the extent to which a system or service is operational and accessible when it is needed. High tillaatavuus means a system is consistently available and experiences minimal downtime. Conversely, low tillaatavuus indicates frequent interruptions and unreliability.

Achieving tillaatavuus involves implementing various strategies and technologies. These can include redundancy, where backup systems are in place to take over if the primary system fails, and failover mechanisms, which automatically switch to a backup.
