Tiaret

Tiaret is a city in northwestern Algeria, located about 200 kilometers southwest of Algiers. It is the capital of the Tiaret Province. The city lies on a plateau at an elevation of approximately 1,100 meters (3,600 feet) above sea level. Its strategic location has historically made it an important administrative and commercial center.
