Tenglamalarda

Tenglamalarda is a term used in Azerbaijani Turkish and related languages to refer to equations, with the form of a statement that two expressions are equal. The locative plural tenglamalarda means “in equations.” In mathematical discourse, tenglamalarda are the objects whose structure, solutions, and relationships are studied.

An equation expresses equality between two expressions, typically involving variables or unknowns. The set of all values that satisfy an equation is its solution set. A single equation is contrasted with a system of tenglamalar, where several equations are solved together for a common set of variables.
